As of 2007, our company became an internet service provider and now do business as Horton's Internet. What type of guarantee do you provide?
The customer has a 30 day full money back guarantee from the initial date of service only if the service offered fails to function correctly. Internet speed packages are classified at the maximum speeds. The customer’s actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed.
Who does the equipment belong to?
All of the installation equipment for the fixed wireless internet service is solely the property of Horton’s Internet.
Do you sale or repair TVs or other electronic devices?
We no longer sale TVs or repair TVs and any kind of electronic device.
What other services does Horton's Internet provide?
We are a independent Dish Network Retailer for new customer activations.
Also, we sale and install aerial antennas to access your local channels.

Are there any extra charges for a business?
NO! Business customers pay the same rates as a residential customer. Horton's Internet is a proud advocate in doing our part for the growth and success of our local businesses.
How does your Wi-Fi service work?
We will set-up our router in your residence or business. The router will allow your Wi-Fi enabled devices such as Phones, Tablets, Smart TVs, Rokus, Fire Sticks, etc. to connect to the Internet wirelessly. As an ongoing customer, Horton's Internet is responsible for and will maintain the Wi-Fi Service.
Can you pay for your bill online?
Yes, an online account can be setup to pay your billed invoice.
Do you have auto-pay?
Yes, auto-pay can be setup with either a credit card or debit card through your online account or with the assistance of our office staff. Our billing system is not setup to accept bank drafts at this time.
What if we have an issue after hours or weekends?
We monitor our answering service. Please call our office number at (501) 728-4541 and leave a message.
How do we receive our monthly invoice?
Ideally, we would like to email the monthly invoice; however if you would like to receive a hardcopy by mail, there is a monthly $2.00 surcharge.
When I make a payment, will I receive a paid receipt?
Yes, if there is an email address in our billing system for your account then you will receive a receipt by email whenever a payment is processed.
